OUR TEAM

The team is led by Simon McArdle who manages the properties, viewings and on-boarding of new members.

Wherever possible the team seek to offer spaces that will place complementary companies in proximity to each other to maximise the potential business benefits. As a result, some properties have a distinct design and creative vibe whilst others are focused on professional services.  

Simon is supported on site by Pete, a specialist in all things that plug in and Matt who can turn his hand to pretty much everything else. Together they can quickly solve any day-to-day issues as well as ensuring that the tea and coffee facilities are kept topped up. The team provide a friendly front of house approach that seeks to ensure your working days are as productive as possible.
