Office Space

All our locations are developed from the outset with both shared and private spaces included. All offer a professional, contemporary, day to day working environment as well as being a great place to meet existing and potential clients.

Unlike traditional leased offices, terms are just 30 days for maximum flexibility. We provide all of the services a small business or start up requires without any of the long term contracts (e.g. high speed internet access). All this is included in the low monthly fee. The variety of spaces also means we can support you as you grow.

Employees of smaller companies enjoy the social interactions inherent at all our locations which you would only normally get when working within a larger organisation. This helps to create a feeling of belonging for people working in a small business team and the unplanned interaction with the buildings other co-workers, often leads to faster problem solving as well as providing a layer of personal and professional support.

We regularly see companies working with each other for the supply of services. Businesses taking on freelancers from within the same property as an interim step or even as an alternative to employing full time staff. Freelancers also pass on leads for projects outside their skill set or that are simply too big for them to manage alone.
