Meeting Rooms

Drop in use of the meeting spaces to free to members, fees only apply when reserving them in advance… 

at The House, 29-31 Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells – Located on the 1st floor with views out over the garden. The room seats up to 6 and is equipped with whiteboard, a 55” flat screen video conferencing unit with cameras and echo cancelling sound system. Access to super-fast Internet / WiFi and the shared kitchen facilities included. 

at No.76 Mount Pleasant, Tunbridge Wells the  room is located on the 3rd floor, set up for 6, with dedicate video conferencing unit, 65″ digital whiteboard, traditional whiteboard and flip chart. Ultra-fast internet and use of the shared kitchen included.

at The WorkStation, 28-30 Barden Road, Tonbridge – Located on the 1st floor at the rear of the building the room is currently set up for 1-2-2 meetings.  

at Castle Lodge, Castle Street Tonbridge – the phone / meeting pod is equipped for video calls with height adjustable tilting laptop table and stool. Movable lighting options and acoustic walls / door for privacy and echo reduction. 

Booking fees are, Members £10 per hr / non-members £15 per hr. Booking pages for each are available under the Member’s section of this site. Non-members are not able to book direct and will need to use the enquiry form below.
