WPTW – Is the WordPress Meet-up group in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The subject of this month’s event was Gestalt principles applied to web design

We were delighted to welcome guest speaker be Piccia Neri, an eminent UX expert, who recently spoke at WordCamp London.

With a background in Art theory, Piccia has been a practicing designer for over two decades working with major cultural institutions as well as top London agencies on global brands.  Our esteemed guest also led the creative direction of the design department at the British Film Institute in London, and was also vice-President of the Chartered Society of Designers [UK].

After twenty years in London, Piccia currently runs her own global web, UX & design consultancy agency. She educates developers, techies and marketers, as well as clients, on design, running workshops and courses, and has spoken at various design seminars and shows.

The House is a co-working space for creative businesses in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, including single or shared offices, and hot-desking facilities. Nearest parking is Crescent Road which is free on a Thursday evening
